The Progressive Wage Model (PWM) for Security Officers
The PWM for Security Officers was developed by the Security Tripartite Cluster (STC). It covers all Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents employed as security officers in licensed security agencies.
The Security Progressive Wage Model (PWM) introduces a 5-level career progression model for officers to progress from Security Officer (SO) to Chief Security Officer (CSO). Officers are required to meet the years of experience and training requirements to progress up the career ladder.
As officers progress, they can look forward to better wages that correspond with their skills and productivity.
