Our Certificate

OCBC’s Green Initiative Program Metropolis Security Systems had completed the Small and Medium-sized Enterprise Energy Efficiency Assessment (SMEEA) for our operations branch office units. This assessment will generate an energy efficiency report which can be use to gauge the property’s energy savings against BCA benchmarks. The SMEEA certified that our office units saves more than 60% of energy consumption over the 2005 code compliant building and saves more than 30% of energy consumption over the energy benchmarking baseline. This certified that Metropolis office is energy efficient and we are align with Singapore’s sustainable movement. Together, Metropolis Security Systems is working towards a more sustainable Singapore.

SACE 2022 and 2021 Report Card

SACE has replaced the former Security Agencies Grading Exercise from 1 January 2022. Under SACE, security agencies will be assessed on Core and Elective Competencies. Security agencies must attain a “pass” in all Core Competencies to be eligible for a one-year licence. Agencies will be evaluated for Elective Competencies to be eligible for a two-year licence upon attaining a ‘pass’ in at least 5 Elective Competencies.

Consistently achieved PLRD Grade A rating (13 out of 14 years as of 2021)
