Food Safety Course Level 1 is a Singapore Food Agency, SFA-accredited course.

Participants will be trained on the basics of food safety and hygiene required to be certified food handlers.

For Whom:

Any employee who is working in the F&B Industry, who handle and prepare food and beverage in SFA-licensed food establishment, such as

  • Kitchen Managers
  • Chefs
  • Kitchen Assistants
  • All food and beverage handlers.

Entry Requirements

Course Duration (incl ast)

  • Day 1: 8.30am – 5.00pm (Classroom Training Hours)

The assessment will be conducted by IN HOUSE assessors.

WSQ Statement of Attainment issued by SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG)
