Individuals who wish to upskill in the area of Service Excellence

Learning outcomes:

  • Recognise the role that one plays in the service value chain and organisation's vision, mission and values.
  • Acquire information commonly sought by organisation's customers
  • Deliver service as part of a team according to the organisation's service standards
  • Escalate service performance issues that affects the organisation's service standards
  • Follw up with actions to resolve the service performance issues

Entry Requirements

  • Minimum Secondary 2 education or equivalent; or
  • Able to read, write, speak and understand English at WPL Level 3

Course Duration (incl ast)

  • Day 1: 8.30am – 6.30pm
  • Day 2: 8.30am – 12.30pm
  • Day 2: Assessment from 1.30pm onwards

Assessment:

The assessment will be conducted by IN HOUSE assessors.

Certification:

WSQ Statement of Attainment issued by SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG)
