Learning outcomes:
Recognise the role that one plays in the service value chain and organisation's vision, mission and values.
Acquire information commonly sought by organisation's customers
Deliver service as part of a team according to the organisation's service standards
Escalate service performance issues that affects the organisation's service standards
Follw up with actions to resolve the service performance issues
Entry Requirements
Minimum Secondary 2 education or equivalent; or
Able to read, write, speak and understand English at WPL Level 3
Course Duration (incl ast)
Day 1: 8.30am – 6.30pm
Day 2: 8.30am – 12.30pm
Day 2: Assessment from 1.30pm onwards
Assessment:
The assessment will be conducted by IN HOUSE assessors.
Certification:
WSQ Statement of Attainment issued by SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG)
