Threat Observation (Recognise Terrorist Threats) is one of the 3 compulsory Basic Licensing Units (BLUs) required for a security license in Singapore. This course equips learners with the skills and knowledge to recognise terrorist threats and take the appropriate actions. *With effect from 1 January 2024, all security officers must complete the “Recognise Terrorist Threats” before they can be deployed at any site

Minimum Secondary 2 education or equivalent; or
Able to read, write, speak and understand English at WPL Level 3
*Individuals not meet the entry requirements will be subjected to an interview before acceptance.

Day 1: 8.30am – 6.30pm (Classroom Training Hours)
Day 2: 8.30am – 2.30pm (Classroom Training Hours)
Assessment (Day 2): 2.30pm start (2 hours)
