Quality Assurance and Audit (Manage Security Operation)
(MSO) is one of the Chief Security Officer (CSO) course. This course will equip learners with the knowledge and skills to effectively manage security operations, in particular security audit and transfer the learning acquired to their workplace.

Learning outcomes:
Prepare for security audit, conduct security audit and review security audit.
Conduct audits accurately to cover all physical characteristics, environmental factors and existing security arrangements of premises
Identify and assess security and other risks against audit objectives accurately
Document audit objectives, outcomes and recommendations
Entry Requirements
Minimum GCE N pass in English or equivalent; or
Ability to read, write, speak and listen to English at WPL Level 5; or
at least 2 years working as a Security Supervisor
*Individuals not meet the entry requirements will be subjected to an interview before acceptance.

Day 1: 8.30am – 5.30pm (Classroom Training Hours)
Day 2: 8.30am- 5.30pm (Classroom Training Hours)
Day 3: 8.30am- 5.30pm (Classroom Training Hours)
Day 4: 8.30am- 5.30pm (Classroom Training Hours)
Day 5: 8.30am- 5.30pm (Classroom Training Hours)
Summative Assessment: 3 weeks after training
Interview by POLWEL: 1 week after assessment
